During this 4 week series, you can expect a huge dose of sisterhood in a confidential space with laughter, perhaps some tears, dancing, and of course, chocolate.

This women’s circle is designed with the intention to share, heal, and transform. You will learn anatomy of the pelvic bowl and instructions for self care of your pelvic bowl including self-vaginal massage. I will share transformational tools (such as visualizations, rituals, and movement practices) for you to experiment with and practice.

You will learn how to trust your intuition, upgrade your desires, release stored emotions such as grief and anger, reclaim your creative fire, and discover how sensual awareness is critical for your spiritual, intellectual, and emotional health. We will explore the mind/body connection and learn how to embody the divine feminine to achieve greater pleasure, joy, power, passion, and much more.

I so look forward to having you join this juicy circle of incredible women! I have personally experienced and witnessed profound shifts by accessing this sacred root medicine that we, as women, all have inside of us. I am excited to share this body of work with you in a fun and playful environment.
